Shawn Quinn
Shawn’s purpose is to Inspire Introspection that Sets People Free. He is the Managing Partner of Lift Consulting and an adjunct faculty for Executive Education at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Shawn teaches courses on leadership and change and is the faculty director for the Positive Leadership program. He sits on the faculty advisory board of the Center for Positive Organizations. Shawn has designed and run leadership development programs, coached, facilitated and consulted for many Fortune 500, Universities and Governmental Agencies. He is the co-author of the McGraw-Hill book, “Leading Innovation: How to Jumpstart Your Organization’s Growth Engine.” Shawn loves to partner with those who embrace collaborative learning toward achieving excellence.
Adam Rampton
Adam is an expert consultant and executive coach helping clients advance strategic priorities through leadership, talent, and culture. He excels at building long-term partnerships with clients, helping them create greater value for their most important stakeholders. Adam is a trusted advisor to executives, both as in-house practitioner and external consultant. While at GE, Adam led talent and culture related aspects of their first-ever IPO. He also led HR and cultural integration for a newly formed healthcare technology joint venture. As a Managing Partner at Dave Ulrich’s global consulting firm, Adam built their Middle East practice, growing it to more than 30% of firm revenues by establishing long-term partnerships with clients to accelerate business performance through leadership development, organization and transformation.
Michelle Davis
Michelle thinks of the workplace as a playground in which we can live out our values, cultivate meaning, and reach our highest potential. As a former leader in business development and philanthropy with over 1,000 hours coaching leaders, her purpose is to help transform people and organizations from functioning to flourishing by elevating consciousness in the workplace and beyond. Michelle's coaching approach involves empathy, reflective inquiry, and knowledge in the latest leadership development research to help clients deepen their self-awareness and foster productive decision-making. Her style is compassionately direct and while self-reflection is an important part of the coaching process, I encourage clients to experiment with new behaviors to help create real, sustained change.
George Cangiano
George (PHR) is passionate about helping leaders be better. He is an experienced C-level executive and has been trusted adviser to several CEO’s including the Board. George has been and is currently the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Bentley University. He is a consummate coach at all levels and deeply cares about the success and development of others. In addition to executive coaching, he is also a certified mediator and a problem

Jim Mallozzi
Considered a Master Practitioner in Positive Leadership, Jim’s work as a transformational CEO has been noted in several books and scholarly journals, including "Practicing Positive Leadership: Tools & Techniques that Create Extraordinary Results (2012, Cameron)" and "All You Have to Do is Ask (2020, Baker)." His consulting practice, Mindset Advisors LLC has helped turn loose the power of positive deviance for scores of organizations worldwide. Jim has coached and mentored a number of leaders and leadership teams toward increased performance. Mindset’ clients include Fortune 500 companies, Not for Profit Organizations and Government Agencies. Jim is currently a Lecturer in Positive Leadership at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Executive Education program.
Amy Bunch
Amy Bunch provides support to leaders at all levels, as a sounding board, thought partner and coach. She has served as a chief of staff and right hand to top executives, facilitating enterprise-wide planning, visioning and strategic change initiatives, with particular expertise in culture change, employee engagement, leadership development and organizational positioning. She leverages her unique background in strategic communications, campaign strategy and organizational development to help leaders create systemic change, foster thriving cultures and drive business strategy. Her culture-change efforts at the University of Michigan are featured in Positively Energizing Leadership by Kim Cameron. Amy holds an MA in Communications and is certified as an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Rich Aste
Rich (MBA, PCC, PhD) founded Rich Aste Executive Coaching LLC to help leaders go to work happy. Shortly after completing a PhD in art history, Rich was hired as a first-time executive director of the McNay Art Museum. Three years later, he was awarded San Antonio’s 2019 Vistage CEO Impact Award in recognition of his positive changes to South Texas. Today, Rich coaches who he once was, runs strategic leadership retreats, and empowers his clients to create positive work environment for their teams. Rich is a lifelong learner, he is a first-generation college student and (double) graduate of the University of Michigan (BA and MBA), the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, Columbia Business School’s Center for Curatorial Leadership, and Harvard's Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management.
