The application of cutting edge research coming out of the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) is having an important impact on helping organizations unleash energy needed to create a culture that leads to engaged, happy employees that push their organization toward extraordinary levels of performance.  LIFT connects executives to this new knowledge by providing executive development workshops in open program format (people from different parts of your business) within organizations or with intact teams.  We design workshops based on your needs coming out of interviews and assessments we will run with your organization and drawing from cutting edge research and workshops we have used successfully with other clients.   We focus first on individual and group understanding of key concepts and creating behavioral changes related to those concepts.  Once leaders have modeled new behavior we work with them to adjust the philosophies, systems and processes throughout the organization to support the desired changes.
