Jane Dutton Jane Dutton's areas of expertise are: positive organizational scholarship, high quality connections and relationships at work, compassion and organizations, issue selling and issue management, identity and identification in organizations. Jane's research on Positive Organizational Scholarship began with an interest in compassion and the difference it makes for individuals and organizations. Robert Quinn Robert Quinn is interested in the process of positive change. He seeks to understand processes that lead to increased individual and collective capacity.  He is concerned about individuals and organizations learning to function at ever higher levels of complexity and performance. Lynn Wooten Lynn Wooten has several different research clusters that connect to the core premises of POS. The first area explores positive organizing routines that result in extraordinary performance. She also studies diversity management as a source of inclusion and innovation in organizations.
