Because when the employees love the company, they wouldn't just leave the company and look for another job. And because of that, the company's cost of hiring and training new employees will be greatly reduced because there low employee turnover. An example of this in the housemaid of our neighbor. She was became a housemaid when she was 18 years old. But the family where she worked, treated her as part of the family. That's why she didn't get married and until now that she's already 54 years old, she never left that family.
